  • What are Scoolinary courses?

    Scoolinary's online courses allow you to acquire knowledge and skills from within the hospitality sector, in an accessible and economical way. Our full range of courses covers cooking, pastry, cocktails, wine, front of house, restaurant and bar management, etc. Only cooking and pastry courses are available in English at the moment.

    Each course consists of several lessons that combine videos and texts with complementary teaching materials.

    The courses are led by instructors, with a hands-on approach for learners, and the lesson content is presented through high-quality videos.

  • Who are the courses aimed at?

    Our courses are aimed at professionals in the hospitality sector and foodies who love cooking and gastronomy, who want to deepen their knowledge by taking advantage of the variety of course categories we offer.

  • When do the courses start and finish?

    Our courses are 100% online, they begin and end whenever you want. You set the pace of learning. You can return to look at the parts that most interest you, and revise what you already know.

  • How is the content presented?

    The majority of each course is delivered through high-quality video lessons presented by the teachers, with a complete recipe book, and complementary material (notes) in a PDF that can be downloaded. When you purchase a course, you will be able to consult the contents whenever you want.

  • What language is the content offered in?

    All video content is in Spanish and subtitled in English.

  • Will I receive a certificate when I complete the course?

    We value the time and effort you put into our courses, which is why at Scoolinary we attach great importance to the learning you undertake during the course. Your efforts will be rewarded with a certificate that includes your name and the name of the course.

Payments, Renewals and Returns

  • What is the return policy for Courses purchases?

    If after purchasing the course, it is not what you expected, you can request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, as long as you have not viewed more than 20% of the course.

  • What is the return policy for the Subscription?

    In the case of a subscription, refunds will only be made up to 7 days after the purchase of the subscription, as long as you have not viewed more than 20% of any course. 

    After this period or if more than 20% of the course is displayed, it will be understood that the service has begun with the consent of the consumer and no partial or complete refunds of the subscription amount will be given. 

  • How is the subscription renewed?

    • Annual Subscription: The subscription lasts 12 months and starts from the day of payment. This is the only payment that will be taken and the card will not be charged again during those 12 months.

    After 12 months, the renewal is automatic.

    • Quarterly Subscription: The subscription lasts 3 months and starts from the day of payment. This is the only payment that will be taken and the card will not be charged again during those 3 months.

    After 3 months, the renewal is automatic.

    • Renewal announcement: 

    7 days before your subscription renewal date we will send you an email so you can decide if you want to continue. If you do not want it, you must cancel the subscription from your user profile.

    We will not refund any charges applied for automatic renewal.

  • I don’t want to renew my subscription. What do I have to do?

    You can cancel your subscription from the user panel.  Access it with your username and password and from there you can cancel it. 

    You will continue to have access to all content until the end of your billing period.

  • How do I make the payment?

    Payment for courses and subscriptions can be made by credit / debit card (Visa or MasterCard) through our secure payment gateway Stripe, or through a PayPal account.
    If you have American Express, Maestro, Aurora or Discover credit / debit cards, you can make the payment through the PayPal platform (without the need to create a PayPal account).

  • How do I change my bank card details?

    In order to change your bank card details, you should visit the Billing section within your profile. There you will be able to see the card details that you have provided. Pressing the "Edit" button will open a new screen where you can enter the new card data. To save the changes, press the "Update" button, and the new card information will be used for future purchases at Scoolinary.

  • How do I enter the platform?

    Click on the link https://www.scoolinary.net/users/sign_in and fill in your username and password.

  • I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

    Click on the link https://www.scoolinary.net/users/password/new and enter your email. We will send you an email with a link so you can reset your password.

    Don't forget to check your "spam / Promotions" folders, as these messages can reach those folders.

  • What do I need to be able to connect?

    To be able to take part in the online training you need a computer, tablet or mobile with an Internet connection.

  • What devices can I use?

    You can use the device that best suits your needs.
