  • What are Scoolinary courses?

    Scoolinary's online courses allow you to acquire in an accessible and economical way a series of knowledge and skills in hospitality: cooking, pastry, cocktails, wine, dining room, management of bars and restaurants, etc. (only cooking available un English at the moment).

    Each course consists of several lessons that combine videos and texts with complementary teaching materials.

    They have a hands-on approach to learners, are led by teachers, and presented in high-quality videos.

  • Who are the courses aimed at?

    Our trainings are aimed at both professionals in the hospitality sector and foodies who love cooking and gastronomy who want to deepen their knowledge, given the variety of course categories we have.

  • When do the courses start and when do they end?

    Courses are 100% online, therefore they begin and end whenever you want. You set the pace of learning. You can go back to see what interests you, pass what you already know, ask questions in the forum, resolve doubts. 

  • How is the content presented?

    Each course mainly includes high-quality video lessons taught by the teachers, a complete recipe book and complementary material (notes) in PDF that can be downloaded. When buying a course, you will be able to consult the developed contents whenever you want.

  • What language is the content in?

    All contents are in Spanish and subtitled in English.

  • Will I have a Certificate if I complete the course?

    We value the time and effort you put into our courses, which is why at Scoolinary we attach great importance to the learning you gain after following the course. Your efforts will be rewarded with a Certified Document with your name and the name of the course acknowledging the purchase and the follow-up, provided by Scoolinary when you have finished your courses.

  • How can I enroll in a course?

    To enroll in a course it is necessary to register on the platform. Click on the link and fill in your details to create an account.

  • What is the return policy?

    If once purchased the course is not what you expected, you can request a refund before 7 days have passed from the time of purchase and as long as you have not viewed more than 20% of the course.

    In the case of the Subscription, refunds will only be made up to 7 days after the purchase of the subscription, or its renewal. After that period, no partial or complete refunds of the subscription amount will be made.

    Neither will refunds be made if more than 20% of any of the courses have been viewed after subscription  purchase or renewal.

  • How do I make the payment?

    The payment of the courses, packs and subscriptions can be made by credit / debit card (Visa or MasterCard) in our secure payment gateway Stripe or through a PayPal account.

    If you have American Express, Maestro, Aurora or Discover credit / debit cards, you can make the payment through the PayPal platform (without the need to have or create a PayPal account).

  • How do I change my bank card details?

    In order to change your bank card details, you will have to go to Billing within your profile. There you will be able to see the data of the card that you have loaded. Pressing the "Edit" button will open a new screen to enter the data for the new one. To save the changes, press the "Update" button and the new card inserted is the one that will be used for future purchases at Scoolinary.

  • How do I enter the platform?

    Click on the link and fill in your username and password.

  • I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

    Click on the link and enter your email. We will send you an email with a link so you can reset your password.

    Don't forget to check your "spam / Promotions" folders, as these messages can reach those folders.

  • What do I need to be able to connect?

    To be able to do the online training you need a computer, tablet or mobile with an Internet connection.
