In this course you will learn how to prepare the most incredible burgers and side dishes that will make people talk
What you'll learn
Here, the burgers are the stars. Each one is unique: salmon with Asian touches, tuna accompanied by coleslaw, vegetarian and vegan options. We are not going to leave aside the usual beef-based classics: sliders, juicy lucy burgers with cheese inside and smashed burgers with a very particular technique.
Burgers go very well with brioche, but there is no reason to serve them exclusively with bread. We give you some options like balsamic salad and baked potatoes with spices and herbs.
As for sauces, you will learn to prepare classic mayonnaise, sriracha mayonnaise, and different ketchup recipes: blueberry ketchup! We will tell you the secrets that the mysterious “secret sauce” hides.
