Everyone likes burgers. It's no surprise that we eat burgers at every stage of our lives. It's probably one of the most versatile dishes that exist; that is why you shouldn't limit yourself to eating the same thing all the time.
Who has never tried a burger? We find them in bars, cafeterias, tex-mex, franchises, supermarkets…
It is such an accessible and globally known dish that each country has its own version. It turns out that the hamburger lends itself to being as simple as it is exciting.
Anyone can prepare a burger, but only a connoisseur can make a GOOD burger. Dive into this world!
Here, the burgers are the stars. Each one is unique: salmon with Asian touches, tuna accompanied by coleslaw, vegetarian and vegan options. We are not going to leave aside the usual beef-based classics: sliders, juicy lucy burgers with cheese inside and smashed burgers with a very particular technique.
Burgers go very well with brioche, but there is no reason to serve them exclusively with bread. We give you some options like balsamic salad and baked potatoes with spices and herbs.
As for sauces, you will learn to prepare classic mayonnaise, sriracha mayonnaise, and different ketchup recipes: blueberry ketchup! We will tell you the secrets that the mysterious "secret sauce" hides.

Patrick was not always linked to the world of gastronomy, but he always knew that cooking was his thing. He always carries with him his Chinese family tradition and the customs acquired in Peru, the country where he grew up. He began his training studying business administration at the prestigious University of Lima. Upon graduation, he spent years in the financial area of companies such as Delosi, Duke Energy Corporation, and San Fernando; the latter belonging to the industrial food sector. In 2015 he decided to follow his true passion and completed a Le Cordon Bleu diploma, which opened doors to kitchens at important restaurants such as Isolina and La Mar. In addition to restaurants, he had the opportunity to work as a sous chef in one of the largest casinos in Peru, the Golden Palace. There he served more than 600 guests daily, which helped him gain a lot of experience. He is currently head chef and chef instructor at Urban Kitchen, a pioneering participatory cooking class center in Peru. He was also one of those responsible for launching the Urban Chicken sub-brand. Patrick loves traveling and, of course, gastronomic tourism. He is always excited to discover new flavors, although for him chifa and Peruvian food will always keep his heart happy.Show more
